Creamed Spinach Casserole
Ingredients
- 2-10 ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon and pepper salt
- 1/3 cup crushed seasoned croutons
Directions
Mix spinach, cream cheese and seasoning salt till well blended.
Spoon mixture into 1 quart cassarole and sprinkle with croutons.
Bake at 350° F. for 25 to 30 minutes until thouroughly heated.
